To all the ancestors who have provided me the learning of Shame... I Understand, I Accept, I Close, I Release, I Relinquish!
I have learned that I have been caring this negative trait of Shame deep inside me that has been restricting my spiritual growth and personal empowerment. What my parents did and what my ancestors did, does not define me. It does not reflect of the person I have become and continue to delinquently work towards. I understand that You may have done actions that I don't agree with, but that is not for me to agree with or to. It is your Path, your Journey and it does not and should not dictate who I am. I thank you for taking the low road often, so I can learn and have a choice to take the road that I choose. I understand that Shame is a core issue that connects to my Anger and knowing that this is the nuclei of my ongoing emotional challenges, I am fully ready to release Shame, Guilt and Anger. I am taking charge of my Present and Future with my own core Beliefs and Values as the Apex! In Closing, I deeply Thank and Grateful to All Energies Involved.
