I read this quote years ago. At the time it made some sort of poetic, profound sense to me. By reflecting on it, I felt wiser yet burdened because although I usually know what "opposites" I have to do, I also know that it's sometimes difficult to do them. It's seldom that the "opposite" is difficult in itself, but rather it's the resistance I put up about it. But this time, not only is it clear to me, I'm happy that it's done. I did it sooner. Thank you.
