Dear Doctor That Helped Me When I Was a Baby,

Thank you Doctor for helping me take out that wad of tissue that was stuck in my nose. I was a baby at the time so I definitely was not able to verbally say thank you. I could have developed some type of brain damage, but thanks to you, you prevented it. Thank you.
