Dear RV,

Thank you for showing me how much power I give away, especially to you. Just thinking of you raises my blood pressure. I have and continue to judge you harshly. I fully know and understand that that is unhealthy for both you and I. I undrstand that you are trying to teach me how to accept the differences, to remove my stereotype thinking and to see the positive traits in a person. This is very difficult for me now, but I understand it is necessary for me to evolve to a higher level of Being. RV, thank you for letting me witness your strengths and your weknesses. I can see how there is mirroring involved and that is the cause of me inability to accept you... or accept myself in what I see in you.

RV, thank you for providing me these platforms to rise above and to evolve. I will have a clearer understanding of what you are trying to show me.
