I thank you for the ongoing challenges I continue to feel about everything. Last night I dreamt I had a conversation with "him" while holding your kids; I was sure that I had let go and it was for the best. The day went by and I realize that this journey will continue to be a test of (internal) strength. Of course I wish for it to not be so because it hurts, but I am thankful because I feel it and I will (one day) come out of this.

I thank you for challenging my tough exterior every single day as I thought I knew and could hack a lot. Our time together and after it all ended continues to strengthen me and force me to rise about it all. I thank you for pushing me to survive this; because I know you think I can.

I thank you because all this time I thought I had already gone through harder things in life. Thank you because you believe I am worthy of this. Thank you God, Lord, the Universe.
