I often think about the many possibilities for us to meet because of how many people we know. Yet, we connected through a common friend who is unable to represent us favourably. I may have some prejudice because of the gaslight our friend has propagated. However, you stood like a lighthouse—with your strength as solid as your foundation; with your resilience surviving violent storms; with your light guiding lost travellers to recalibrate their journey. I now realize that the reason why we met at that moment, was because I was navigating aimlessly in life. Your light was able to remind me of my path. Likewise, your light had inspire me to be my own Lighthouse. Thank you.
