I’m grateful for the experience and lesson of cancer, and for the lesson of showing those who hurt me how much emotional pain I’ve been in. I realize it is extremely toxic, irreverent, and non-serving, and I close on the theme of cancer. Instead of engaging in showing others my hurt by harming myself, I choose to get up, heal, and move on in the direction of Light. In closing, I thank you
