Quality takes time

Something that I think I've been learning for awhile now is that it takes time to build a quality connection. The kind of connection that doesn't just disappear. It's true that people can connect right away, but without the energy put in over the course of time I think those connections can be more easily dismissed and forgotten. I'm learning now to put the time and effort into making quality connections, to refrain from being hasty, to avoid jumping ahead, to let things take a natural course, to choose quality over quantity. Thank you for showing me what quality is like.
