Closing the door to darkness

Darkness, you have done a very good job of chasing me, scaring me, not to mention using me... I recognize that you only have power over me because I've wanted something from you, because I've been petty and selfish and wanted to manipulate others to serve me. As a result of the damage we have done together, I am witnessing and experiencing the steep price of my narrow-mindedness, closed heartedness and running away from work. This is helping me identify and fix things within myself that I must change in order to close the door that I've been allowing you to enter through. You are really good in trying to bring me and others down through me, but I am BETTER at reclaming myself and getting up once I've fallen!!

I thank you for surrounding me and almost engulfing me because it's forcing me to break out of the stronghold of my negative patterns and SHINE my most brilliant Light.

I AM choosing to excercise my divine decree and FREE WILL now and forevermore. I am a sovereign being.
