Dear China Airlines,
Thank you very much for not only losing my luggage piece that you said you would do YOUR BEST TO FIND, but you have ALSO did a TERRIFIC JOB AT FORGETTING TO COMPENSATE ME FOR MY LOSS. Thank you for not doing your best so that I may realize that I too haven't been doing my best with a lot of things. Specifically, when I SAY THAT I WILL DO SOMETHING, I do not necessarily do my best in keeping my word. In addition, thank you very much for losing my suitcase that I checked in with your airlines, I was able to realize that without that suitcase, my life has still been very good, and anything lost can always be re-attained. Thank you.
