Dear M,

I take this opportunity to thank you for sharing with me how destructive a person can be by not standing up for themselves. You have shown me about 'selling out' and which I also practiced in the past. I am grateful to you, since when I acted in destructive ways, I did not see it in me, but I absolutely feel it with your actions and non actions. M, you a good teacher as you are facilitating for me to move.... and I am hopeful that my movement will be upwards towards a greater cause, a Higher Learning and evolution. I value this costly lesson that is presented to me so I will be mindful of what I say and do, as it can affect many people.

Further, seeing your relationship with your parents brings out momments where I too had much work in the area of self-reclaim. It is not my choice to state what you should or should not do, however, my past inability to stand up for my beliefs and values resulted in much hurt and selling out of others. I thank you deeply for sharing your 'work'; and the Cause and Effect in play.
