Dear Parents.
To all the parents who on a daily basis bring their concerns to me, I thank you. Your constant opinions have taught me to be sharp, alert and aware. I have learned to listen and not react. I have learned to be diplomatic and empathetic, yet at the same time stand my ground. Parents, you have challenged me, my operation, my integrity constantly. You have threatened me financially. It seems taht you never ease up, dangling a carrot of 'I will pull my kids out'. You have helped me believe in our programs further. I know without a doubt, we are a positive contribution to your child's development. We do make a difference in your child. ...A positive one. Thank you parents for the countless opportunities you facilitate for me to reclaim myself and to choose integrity. Without your 'heat' I would not have the communication skills to take on greater challenges in my life. I believe that I have learned my lessons well. In closing, I thank you parents for assisting my growth.
