Thank you for giving me the platform to express to you my truth. In spite of some anger that I was feeling, I actually feel more alive and determined than ever to hold hard to my truth without wavering. You raised me well by disapproving me and criticizing me in accordance to your value system. I've finally learned self appreciation and self acceptance. I require no more external approval, especially from you, to make decisions for myself.

I am the Master Crafter of my own life and I thank you for having done the best you know how up to this point.

I reclaim my sovereignty and take back my power from you.
