I found this gratitude message particularly hard to get started... I think shame is a very difficult lesson to confront in its totality... Some memories of shame may be easier for some people to move past than other memories... It's highly personal... I think those really personally difficult ones are where I've been at am impasse for quite awhile... As I look back at my life and the lesson of Shame, I know that I am better capable than I've ever been, in this lifetime and past lifetimes, to face Shame, dismantle it, solve for it, and let my psyche regard it as solved... I now break free of with my genetic transmission of the lesson of shame. I choose to address shame by shining light. In closing, thank you.
